The Project

This project is dedicated to designing an identity for a museum that pays homage to both the elegance of its space and the raw, primal power of the art it holds. I approached this project with a minimalist yet sophisticated style, integrating a logo that conveys a sense of abstract painting. The logo is intentionally primitive, honoring the raw, organic essence of the works while maintaining a refined presentation that enhances the museum's serene and respectful ambiance.

Work Process

An overview of my creative process, from initial research to the final stages of design, all guided by a respect for the art and the museum’s atmosphere.

My research focused on understanding how to create a visual identity that both respects and enhances the museum’s collection. I analyzed minimalist and abstract styles, aiming to create a design language that complements the artworks' diversity while maintaining a sense of unity and reverence.
Drawing inspiration from abstract art, I developed a logo that feels both primitive and elegant. The aim was to echo a sense of raw creation while ensuring each element remains subdued, allowing the art within the museum to remain the focus. This concept merges abstraction with simplicity, respecting the art's roots while enhancing its display.
In the development phase, I refined the visual elements, focusing on simplicity and balance. Each detail, from mockups to final layouts, was crafted to ensure harmony between the logo’s abstract form and the museum’s aesthetic. The end result is a cohesive identity that aligns the museum’s reverence for art with a modern, elegant design language.
